Taekwondo is one of the most widely practiced martial arts in the world. Taekwondo is known for its emphasis on head-high kicks, jumping kicks, spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.
Anyone can benefit from learning taekwondo because martial arts is so much more than just kicking and punching, and getting the next rank belt. It’s about developing confidence, discipline, character, focus and respect.

CLASSES FOR ALL

Our taekwondo classes are open to students of all skill levels - from complete beginners to advanced black belts looking to polish their technique. If you are interested in learning taekwondo check out a class for yourself. Ages 4 & up.

  • Thurs: 3:15. 4:05, & 5:00 - All Ages
  • Fri: 3:15 & 4:05 - All Ages    
  • Fri: 5:00 - Black, Red & Brown belts only
  • Mon - Wed - Fri  6:00 - Teen / Adults only

  • Buses available from Chewelah, Valley Schools & Springdale schools.

DRAGONS

Dragon rank is for kids ages 4-5. It is for our younger students who benefit from being in the regular classes - but need just a little bit more one on one instruction.
